For insurance reasons, TransitPeople needs to receive a signed waiver/consent form from all the kids and adults who join us on our trips. The only exceptions are Trip Leaders and Guides, who complete the necessary waiver as part of the application they send to TransitPeople.
Adults can download one of the forms and fill it out in advance, or be prepared to sign it on trip day. Participants under 18, however, must have the form signed in advance by a parent or guardian, or bring a parent to the event to sign the form for them. The Trip Leader will collect forms from all participants before the trip begins.
